One Off Onsite Computer Support

We can provide one off IT support for home or business users. This can include anything from software installations to network support.

• No Callout Charge - There is a one hour minimum on site charge
• No Fix No Fee - If we can't fix the problem, there will be no charge for our time on site

This is charged at £35 per hour

Maintenance Contracts

Our support services will keep your computers running efficiently, ultimately preventing loss of business, increasing overall reliability and the life span of the computer. Below is the different contracts we offer;

Bronze

• Same-day support via email or telephone
• Discounted onsite support if required. £25 per hour
  £25 a month (1 to 4 computers)

Silver

• Same-day support via email or telephone
• Monthly system health checks
• Monthly anti-virus updates and scans
• Discounted onsite support if required. £25 per hour
  £100 a month (1 to 4 computers)

Gold

• As above with the following additions:
• Online backup - secure online data backup
• 4 Hours on site a month to provide any system support
  £160 a month (1 to 4 computers)
